Holiday return policy
Orders beginning 11/20 through 12/15 are eligible to return their orders up until 1/15. Orders beginning 12/16 will follow our regular 30 day return policy.

You may return for a refund instead less an $8.95 handling fee.

Simply locate a Return Bar near you (there are thousands in the US) and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute, no box or packaging required on your end. You'll be initiated your refund immediately.

Mail Returns
Start your return or exchange online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to be initiated

  • Free returns for store credit and free exchanges

  • Return Bar returns are more sustainable than mail returns
  • You may return your qualifying order up to 30 days from the fulfillment date
  • International orders may be returned, customer is responsible for shipping back the item(s) on their own.

Return Conditions

  • Sale items are considered final sale. These are items marked down from the original price. Doorbusters, jewelry items, and specialty boxes are final sale. Some final sale items not included in these categories will say so in the product description. 
  • Please take care not to damage items with makeup or deodorant, if an item is unable to be resold, only store credit will be issued. 
  • Returned items must be new, unwashed, unworn, free of odors and animal hair, free of makeup.
