2 Options for Easy Returns

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Orders placed between Nov18-Dec10 can be returned for store credit if they fall outside of the 30 day window, up until Jan 10.

Orders will still follow the same return policies as listed below.

Please email us at [email protected] to request a holiday return, and include what items will be returned.

Orders outside of that time frame will follow the regular 30 day return policy.  

  1. FREE exchanges & FREE returns for store credit- Return using a free pre-paid shipping label for store credit, or use your credit right away to exchange for a different size or different item!
  2. RETURNS FOR REFUNDS - Return for a refund using a pre-paid shipping label less a single $8.95 label fee
When will my return be processed? 
Exchanges - Your new order will be created and processed as soon as you drop off your return at the carrier
Returns for store credit or refunds - You will be issued your store credit/refund as soon as your package is delivered to us
Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchanged, final sale items are considered final sale.

 

Return Policies
  • We offer a generous 30 day day return policy from the day your order is shipped
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days or requesting your return label
  • If an order is damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date
  • International customers are welcome to return for a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label
Return Conditions
  • Please take care not to damage items with makeup or deodorant, if an item is unable to resell, only store credit will be issued.
  • The items must be new, unwashed, unworn, free of odors, free of animal hair, free of makeup, and with attached tags (if applicable)
  • Swimwear cannot be returned if inner liner is missing
  • Shoes must be returned in original box in a shipping box, please be careful not to scuff shoes when trying on
