This is a great set, and I see it receiving heavy rotation in my closet this fall and winter. I was skeptical of the one-size-fits-all sizing, but all I can tell you is it fits me well. I'm 5'4" - 125 lbs. The sweater definitely has plenty of room to spare. If I leave it hanging down, it looks very boxy. I prefer it with a little front tuck on myself. The skirt fits great. It doesn't feel loose at all, but it is very stretchy, so I could see it fitting size medium or large also. I like the sweater with jeans as well. I haven't tried the skirt with something else yet. I'm super happy with this fun 2-piece sweater set.

One size fits all...the skirt is an extra small which is what my grandaughter needed but the top ran way too big. We're having not altered because it's so cute
